When you submit our travel inquiry form or otherwise contact us, we may collect your first and last name, phone number, email address, travel preferences, destination interests, and any message content you provide. When you check one of our SMS consent boxes, we also record the date, time, IP address, and the exact consent language you agreed to.
b. Information collected automatically
When you visit our site, we and our service providers may automatically collect device identifiers, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, IP address, and general geolocation derived from IP. We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for site analytics, form attribution, and fraud prevention.
c. Information from third parties

Globeneer operates two separate text messaging programs: a transactional program tied to your specific travel inquiry and a promotional program for deals and offers. Each requires its own express written consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies based on your travel activity and program type.
- Message & data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out of that program. Reply HELP for assistance.
- Opting out of one program does not automatically opt you out of the other; reply STOP to each to opt out entirely.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:
- Service providers that operate our website, CRM, email and SMS delivery, analytics, and payment tools, under confidentiality obligations.
- Travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, destination management companies) when it is necessary to fulfill your travel request.
- Legal and safety disclosures when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Globeneer, our users, or the public.

We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information to any third party for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

- SMS: Reply STOP to opt out of a given program at any time.
