Personal, not packaged
Every trip starts with a real conversation about what you actually want, not a quiz funnel. We design around your pace, your people, and your comfort, not someone else's "Top 10."
Globeneer is a concierge travel practice for people who'd rather text a real human than wrestle with a booking site. Personalized planning, exclusive supplier rates, and a steady hand from the moment you ask "where should we go?" through the moment you're back home.
The name is a portmanteau: the globe, and the engineer who plans your route through it. We started Globeneer because the modern travel experience has gotten louder, more impersonal, and harder to trust. Booking sites optimize for clicks. Chatbots optimize for deflection. And the deals you actually want sit behind relationships you don't have.
So we built a practice on the opposite premise: one human, one phone number, and the travel-industry connections to make your trip both better and cheaper than what's behind the marketing layer.
Three principles that show up in every itinerary we build.
Every trip starts with a real conversation about what you actually want, not a quiz funnel. We design around your pace, your people, and your comfort, not someone else's "Top 10."
You'll see the supplier deals we have access to and how they compare. No mystery markup, no pressure. If the public site is genuinely cheaper, we'll tell you.
Plan, change, ask, vent. Over text or email. You'll always be talking to the same person, and you'll always get an actual answer.
A great trip should feel like the world quietly bent itself around you for a few days. My job is to do the bending in advance, so all you have to do is show up.
Globeneer is operated by Charles Shumate as an independent travel practice in partnership with InteleTravel, one of the largest host agencies in North America. That partnership gives our clients access to consortium pricing, supplier-direct relationships, and 24/7 support. The kind of reach the big sites can't match. The relationship and the planning, though, stay yours and ours.
Send us a few details about your trip and we'll get back to you with a real plan, not a brochure.
